Bob Howse
Group Chairman
Bob Howse, is the founder and the chairman of the board of the A1L Group of companies. Bob has over 30 years of Telco leadership experience, having in the past been appointed in an executive capacity at AT&T, Telkom SA, Vodacom, Airtel and MTN.
Jaco du Toit
Group CEO
Jaco du Toit has been working in the telecommunication space for 20 years. Over the last 7 years he has transformed many businesses towards profitability. His main focus now is ensuring the success and uniting the A1L group of companies towards this common strategy. Jaco worked at Telkom for more than 12 year where he has been part of building three world class integration platforms as an Application Architect. Thereafter Jaco managed an EA Transformation establishment project for MTN Group in Dubai with operating companies in 24 countries to drive technology standardisation.
Jyoti Desai
Director
Experienced Professional with more than 35 years in the financial services industry and fixed and mobile telecoms. More than 15 years’ experience in Africa and the Middle East including Iran. Skilled in start-ups in emerging markets in technical, commercial and operational aspects of the telecom business with more than 25 years’ experience in cost and operational transformation including digital transformation and customer experience.

Group CFO
Johnny is a highly capable financial executive with 30 years of experience in international private equity fund management in the USA. Johnny brings a very strong focus to business development with the ability to leverage significant relationships in the international arena.
Matshidiso Moabelo
Head of Customer Experience
Matshidiso (Tshidi) has been with the A1L family for three years. She is currently studying business management. Tshidi has been given the responsibility to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience to not only our Customer base but also our Professionals.
